 outport()               Output word to a Hardware Port

 void       outport(port,word);
 int        port;                        Specified port
 int        word;                        Word to be output

    outport() writes 'word' to the output port specified by 'port'.

       Returns:     Nothing

   Portability:      Unique to 8086 family of processors

    The following statements write a word to port 'x'.

               {
               int val = 2000;
